Job Title: Salesforce AI Consultant (Salesforce AI Consulting)
Engagement Type: Contract / Consulting (Part-Time, with potential for Full-Time)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce AI Consultant to lead and support a Salesforce AI discovery and roadmap project. This role will focus on assessing current Salesforce capabilities, defining an AI-driven roadmap, and implementing intelligent solutions to enhance business processes, reporting, and customer insights.

This is initially a part-time consulting engagement, with the possibility to transition into a full-time role based on project needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery and assessment of the current Salesforce environment, including data, workflows, and integrations

  • Define and deliver a Salesforce AI roadmap, aligning with business goals and scalability needs

  • Design and implement AI-driven capabilities within Salesforce (Einstein AI, predictive analytics, automation)

  • Develop advanced reports and dashboards leveraging AI insights for business decision-making

  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization using AI/ML within Salesforce

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical AI solutions

  • Provide recommendations on data readiness, governance, and AI adoption strategy

  • Support implementation, testing, and deployment of AI features

  • Ensure best practices in Salesforce architecture, security, and performance

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein AI / AI Cloud / Data Cloud

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application within CRM systems

  • Experience in Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data modeling

  • Proven experience in discovery, solution design, and roadmap creation

  • Strong expertise in reporting, dashboards, and analytics within Salesforce

  • Excellent stakeholder communication and consulting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce AI Specialist, Platform Developer, Architect)

  • Experience with data engineering, ETL, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

  • Background in healthcare or enterprise environments is a plus

  • Experience working in consulting or advisory roles
