    Job Title: Technical Lead Salesforce (Agent Force)
    Location: Alpharetta, GA (35 Days Onsite)

    Job Summary
    • We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead Salesforce with Agentforce to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will bring 1015 years of relevant experience with strong hands-on expertise across Salesforce (Agentforce), Python backend development, Angular UI engineering, and enterprise integrations.
    • This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can guide development teams, collaborate with stakeholders across the US, and ensure high-quality delivery of integrated applications in the financial services or wealth management domain.
    • The candidate will be responsible for technical architecture, code quality, system integrations, and mentoring development teams, while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business goals.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead technical architecture, design, and development across Salesforce (Agentforce), Python backend services, and Angular-based front-end applications.
    • Develop and maintain scalable microservices and APIs using Python to support Salesforce and enterprise applications.
    • Build and enhance Angular-based user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and TypeScript, focusing on modern agent desktop frameworks.
    • Manage integration between Salesforce, backend systems, and analytics platforms to enable seamless data flow and automation.
    • Provide technical leadership and hands-on development support across the full stack.
    • Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor development teams.
    • Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, performance optimization, and security best practices.
    • Participate in technical planning, sprint reviews, and executive reporting of project deliverables.
    • Support cross-time zone collaboration with US stakeholders and global teams.

    Required Skills & Experience
    • 1015 years of relevant IT experience with strong hands-on technical leadership.
    • Extensive experience with Salesforce development, preferably with Agentforce.
    • Strong Python development experience, including microservices, REST APIs, and data processing.
    • Solid expertise in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for modern web application development.
    • Experience integrating Salesforce with backend services and analytics platforms.
    • Proven experience leading full-stack development teams.
    • Strong technical design, code review, and mentoring capabilities.
    • Experience working with US-based stakeholders and distributed teams.
    • Domain experience in Core Banking, Financial Services, or Wealth Management.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
