Salesforce Administrator
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of Salesforce.com applications. The Salesforce Admin will work with stakeholders, customers, and vendors to ensure the successful adoption of Salesforce.com as the primary tool for customer service, sales, and marketing.
*THE PERSON IN THIS ROLE MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING FULL US BASED HOURS TO SUPPORT US BASED CLIENT.*
Salesforce Administrator Duties and Responsibilities
Create and maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, and fields
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and other automation
Monitor and analyze Salesforce usage to ensure that the system is being used to its fullest potential Develop, document, and maintain operational processes and procedures related to Salesforce
Provide technical support and training to end-users on Salesforce usage
Salesforce Administrator Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration
Experience with Lightning platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities
Proficient in SQL and Apex programming
Salesforce QA experience is preferred
