Work with business stakeholders and engineers to administer Salesforce platform to meet business needs.
About This Role:
The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
Experienced Application Administrator or Systems Analyst with a proven track record of managing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise applications and supporting infrastructure, including hands-on experience with patching, deployments, and performance monitoring.
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills with the ability to perform escalation support, troubleshoot complex issues across multiple systems, analyze data requests, and develop actionable reporting recommendations that drive business value.
Effective Collaborator and Communicator who can confidently partner with business units, capability owners, and third-party vendors to lead system enhancements, gather requirements, and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Agile Team Contributor and Emerging Leader with experience leading project work, participating in agile ceremonies, mentoring junior team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that reduce technical debt and improve enterprise processes.
Committed to Growth and Compliance with a proactive approach to learning, documentation, and automation - including maintaining current application certifications and training - while demonstrating a thorough understanding of banking policies, regulations, and the demands of a 24/7 critical incident response environment.
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
Compensation:
Compensation range (base pay): $69,616.00-$114,867.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
Work Environment:
It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week. As part of our team, you''ll experience the energy and relationship-building of face-to-face collaboration while still enjoying the flexibility of remote workdays. We provide the tools and technology to ensure seamless transitions between work environments, supporting your productivity wherever you are. Please note that work location is subject to change based on business needs.
