Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level Salesforce administration and technical platform configuration.
- Proficiency in APEX programming for designing, modifying, and debugging custom business logic and automation.
- Experience with SOQL for authoring complex cross-object queries and optimizing relational data performance.
- Experience in designing Salesforce forms, custom objects, and sophisticated validation rules for data integrity.
- Experience with Salesforce security architecture including user profiles, permission sets, and service accounts.
- Experience in production application support, root-cause analysis, and defect remediation in a hybrid environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for translating stakeholder needs into technical specifications.
Job Responsibilities
- Architect and develop custom APEX triggers and classes to support complex workforce operational requirements.
- Execute advanced SOQL data queries to analyze cross-table relationships while adhering to platform governor limits.
- Design and maintain interactive Salesforce forms, custom fields, and automated validation logic.
- Administer the security infrastructure by managing user access, profiles, and granular field-level permissions.
- Lead technical troubleshooting efforts to resolve critical production issues and application configuration defects.
- Facilitate requirements-discovery sessions to map business processes to scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Orchestrate technical deployments and platform maintenance activities following enterprise change-management standards.
