Our client, a leader in customer experience technology and services company, is hiring for a Sales trainer. This position willsupport and engage new hires and employees in a training environment, ensuring each individual is positioned for success through effective class coordination, high-quality training delivery, and a positive onboarding experience from day one.

Pay Rate: $60K + excellent benefits
Location: Onsite Tempe, AZ 85281
Schedule: Mon-Fri flexibility based on needs, office hours.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for new hires by creating a welcoming and engaging training experience that fosters confidence and supports success from day one.
- Achieve training completion goals while delivering an exceptional learner experience and effectively managing training operations to ensure classes are organized, successful, and on schedule.
- Develop a strong understanding of training objectives, timelines, performance expectations, and requirements associated with each program and class.
- Leverage training metrics and performance data to evaluate effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance the overall learning experience.
- Act as a subject matter resource for training systems and tools while maintaining accurate, timely, and reliable training data to support business decisions.
- Coordinate, analyze, and consolidate training-related information to ensure programs are delivered in compliance with client expectations and organizational standards.
Requirements:
- 1 year minimum experience in training or adult learning programs for SALES and ideally call center environment.
- 1+ year of experience leading teams to reach targets
- Excellence in achieving goals within a remote environment work-setting
- Nurture an inclusive learning environment with your coaching and facilitation skills to lead classes
- Customer and employee-focused mindset with call center understanding
- Working knowledge of database applications such as MS Office, Oracle, Kronos, or Tandber
