We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader who can lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, achieving targets, and building strong client relationships in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Manage and lead a team of sales executives
Set sales targets and ensure team achieves monthly/quarterly goals
Monitor team performance and provide coaching/training
Develop sales strategies to increase revenue
Handle key client accounts and close high-value deals
Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Bachelors preferred)
3–6 years of experience in sales (preferably in fintech / lending / corporate sales)
Proven experience managing a sales team
Strong leadership and communication skills
Target-driven mindset with ability to work under pressure
Good knowledge of sales tools and CRM systems
