We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader who can lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, achieving targets, and building strong client relationships in a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Manage and lead a team of sales executives
  • Set sales targets and ensure team achieves monthly/quarterly goals
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching/training
  • Develop sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Handle key client accounts and close high-value deals
  • Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bachelors preferred)
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales (preferably in fintech / lending / corporate sales)
  • Proven experience managing a sales team
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Target-driven mindset with ability to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of sales tools and CRM systems
