A well respected pool servicing provider is expanding in Las Vegas and we are building a new outside sales team to connect homeowners with their services.
We are looking for a producing team lead who can drive personal sales while helping coach and support a small team of sales representatives in the field.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys selling, leading by example, and helping others improve their performance.
CompensationCompensation includes a base salaried amount of $48,000 plus uncapped commissions, performance incentives and bonuses. If you and your team are meeting sales goals, you can expect to earn $1,800+ per week with an annualized income of $95,000+.
What You Will Do
Generate personal sales by engaging homeowners in residential neighborhoods Identify homes with pools and introduce the Clients pool services Schedule service consultations or enroll customers directly depending on the situation Support and coach a small team of outside sales representatives in the field Lead by example with strong daily activity and sales performance Provide feedback and encouragement to help reps improve their results Work closely with program leadership to track team performance and activity Represent the Client brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We Are Looking For
Previous sales experience preferred, ideally in outside sales or direct sales Strong communication skills and ability to build quick rapport with homeowners Self motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods for several hours per day Reliable transportation for traveling between neighborhoods Someone who enjoys helping others succeed while also producing strong personal results
Leadership experience is helpful but not required if you have a strong sales background.
Schedule Full-time field schedule working in afternoon and early evenings when most homeowners are home. Prime schedule is Tuesday through Friday (afternoon through early evenings) and Saturday (daytime).
