LHH is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support a client in Thomasville! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 paying $50-55k depending on experience, offering full benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, etc. Prior sales support/account management experience, preferably within manufacturing company is required to be eligible for this role.
Responsibilities:
Support multiple Sales Reps. with managing the order process for client accounts from start to finish
Receive new orders, enter into ERP and verify specifications
Provide quotes based on parts needed
Communicate with internal production, purchasing, inventory and logistics team to verify availability and estimated production completion date
Provide client with order updates, inventory shortages, delayed lead times, etc.
Offer replacement parts or issue refund/credit as needed
Close PO out upon delivery to process for invoicing
Qualifications:
Must have prior sales support/account management experience, preferably within a manufacturing company to be eligible for this role
Prior experience with ERP/CRM required
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize
