- This role is ideal for someone who likes to support sales operations, ensure order accuracy, and serve as a key point of coordination between teams and customers.
What your future day will look like:- Review and compare customer forecasts and commitments against incoming purchase orders
- Verify product details such as SKUs, pricing, ports, packaging, colors, and quantities for accuracy
- Ensure all purchase orders meet required standards before processing
- Partner closely with internal sales support teams to manage order updates and revisions
- Act as a primary contact for customer merchandising teams regarding order corrections and updates
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on sample orders, pre-ticketing, and product setup
- Enter and track sample and order data in internal systems
- Maintain clear, timely communication with internal teams and external partners
- Manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Keep work organized and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions

Type: Contract to Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Team-oriented approach with a collaborative attitude
- Prior experience handling time-sensitive projects is a plus!
