  • This role is ideal for someone who likes to support sales operations, ensure order accuracy, and serve as a key point of coordination between teams and customers.

What your future day will look like:
  • Review and compare customer forecasts and commitments against incoming purchase orders
  • Verify product details such as SKUs, pricing, ports, packaging, colors, and quantities for accuracy
  • Ensure all purchase orders meet required standards before processing
  • Partner closely with internal sales support teams to manage order updates and revisions
  • Act as a primary contact for customer merchandising teams regarding order corrections and updates
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on sample orders, pre-ticketing, and product setup
  • Enter and track sample and order data in internal systems
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with internal teams and external partners
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Keep work organized and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions

Type: Contract to Hire 
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
  • Team-oriented approach with a collaborative attitude
  • Prior experience handling time-sensitive projects is a plus!
