Sales Support Specialist Location: Riverside, CA Salary Range: $70,304 - $80,500 Position Summary The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the sales team, distribution network, and fleet customers by ensuring accurate information flow, timely quoting, organized documentation, and seamless coordination across operations and upfitting. This role helps to accelerate sales, improve customer experience, and strengthen internal communication between Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success in the quote to cash processes. You’ll also represent the voice of the customer to internal departments including production, procurement, and engineering and the voice of the product to sales. We're a collaborative team that wears multiple hats and building something special - and we’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist who can help bridge the gap between product development and customer success.
