    Position Summary

    HealthLink Dimensions is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Sales Support Specialist to provide operational support to our commercial sales team. Reporting to the Solution Architect, this role helps keep our sales engine running smoothly by leveraging internal tools, data resources, and approved AI-enabled tools to produce healthcare provider counts, support RFP responses, and help build client-ready proposals. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-directed professional to gain exposure to healthcare data and consultative enterprise selling, direct mentorship, and a clear path to develop within a scaling organization.

    What you'll do

    Sales Engine Support: Serve as an operational partner to the sales team, handling behind-the-scenes tasks that remove friction from the sales process and keep deals moving forward.

    Data Support: Utilize internal platforms to generate HCP physician counts in support of targeting and proposal development.

    Proposals: Support the RFP and RFI process by assembling required materials, coordinating inputs from across the team, and ensuring accurate, on-time responses.

    Quality Control: Assist in the formatting and quality review of client-facing materials to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with HealthLink brand standards.

    Systems Management: Maintain accurate opportunity details, activity notes, and task tracking within Salesforce and Jira.

    Resource Organization: Track and organize sales collateral, pricing references, and supporting documentation to ensure the team has immediate access to the latest resources.

    Efficiency & AI: Responsibly leverage approved AI-enabled tools to research, summarize, and organize information, while always validating for accuracy and maintaining data confidentiality.

    What You'll Bring

    Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a related coordination role.

    Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint); hands-on experience with Salesforce and Jira is preferred.

    Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy in data and client-facing materials.

    Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

    Self-Starter: A proactive, team-first mindset with the ability to take ownership of assigned work and move tasks forward with limited oversight.

    Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

    Preferred Qualifications

    Exposure to pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare data.

    Experience supporting technical proposal processes in a B2B SaaS or data environment.

    Comfort working with data sets and internal reporting tools.
