Job Summary
  • Works with clients in identifying their needs and problems in order to promote appropriate company products and services
 
General Accountabilities
  • Manages and grows existing accounts
  • Sells additional services to clients
  • Contacts and visits clients to help them better understand company products and services
  • Handles queries about company products and services
  • Builds up detailed knowledge about the company's products
  • Plans for and attends trade shows to establish new business
  • Provides customer service to business partners
  • Educates business partners and end users on company products and services
  • Provides proactive assistance and supports to clients and business partners
  • Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers
  • Present, promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Input and process transaction information from start to finish
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Job Qualifications
                       
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a professional work environment 
                   
Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

  • Monday to Friday
