What you'll do:

• Own flawless entry and maintenance of advertising orders, including WideOrbit (WO) workflows
• Assign copy instructions and provide quality control for local/national creative to meet FCC and Hearst standards before it airs
• Review and finalize daily commercial logs for broadcast television; coordinate manual changes with Management and Master Control
• Work closely with Digital Client Specialist to assign copy for digital video campaigns, assist with digital order entry and confirmation, track campaign pacing, and produce month-end delivery reports.
• Use available research tools to analyze data and develop compelling stories that reinforce the marketing power of our media platforms.
• Adhere to deadlines, keep stakeholders in sync, and communicate closely with Ad Ops (Charlotte, NC)
• Keep pristine copy instruction files and manage the monthly materials purge
• Develop sales proposals and presentations for Account Executives.
• Deliver white‑glove service to managers, teammates, and clients

What you bring:

• Solid computer/software skills; Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Proven success juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Fast learner with new systems; stellar written and verbal communication

• Pride in your work, responsive to direction, effective independently and in groups
• Bonus: Broadcast TV copy/traffic experience
