Responsibilities

• Support sales representatives with customer and account requests

• Respond to routine customer questions by phone and email

• Follow up on pending requests and open account items

• Prepare basic sales documents and internal records

• Coordinate customer needs with internal departments

• Help keep sales activity and account information organized
