Description

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Specialist job in High Point, NC! This is a fully on-site, direct hire position. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales, logistics, and operations teams internationally, supporting the successful movement of products across global markets. The Sales Support Specialist will manage customer communications, coordinate international shipments, maintain shipping documentation, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the order fulfillment and delivery process with the customer. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers and cross-functional teams around the world, and has experience supporting high end clientele. Experience within B2B customer service, ERP experience and have the ability to travel!

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, and delivery status.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email while providing exceptional service.

  • Support the sales team by managing customer accounts and ensuring timely communication throughout the order lifecycle.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, global partners, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and monitor international shipments from origin through final delivery.

  • Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, ocean carriers, air carriers, trucking companies, and distribution centers to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Partner with international sales, customer service, supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to support customers across multiple regions.

  • Assist with process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Support additional sales and administrative activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • At least 3 years of experience in a B2B customer service environment

  • ERP experience preferred

  • Ecommerce experience preferred

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong customer centric mentality

  • Strong sense of urgency

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
