Sales Support Specialist
Location: Hialeah, FL 33013
Start Date: ASAP; September 1 preferred
Pay: $18–$24 per hour, based on experience
We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual Sales Support Specialist to assist with order processing, purchasing, inventory, and shipment coordination.
Responsibilities
- Place special-order purchases with regular and non-regular vendors.
- Enter and process sales orders and purchase orders.
- Manage POS inventory, shipment planning, and customer fulfillment.
- Coordinate orders with customers, warehouses, vendors, and carriers.
- Handle order inquiries, credits, claims, discrepancies, and shipment issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized order and inventory records.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with sales orders, purchase orders, inventory, or logistics.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced candidates may earn $21–$24 per hour. Junior candidates with approximately 3–4 years of relevant experience may earn $18–$20 per hour.
