Compensation: $24-$26 Per hour

Position Overview

Pharma Source Direct is seeking a self-driven Sales Support Specialist to manage customer satisfaction and support our API wholesale sales team. This role requires excellent administrative coordination, CRM management, and cross-departmental collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide administrative support to the sales manager, including calendar and appointment management.
• Coordinate order processing, shipments, and deliverables with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM, including regulatory data and pricing.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
• Stay current on API industry trends, GMP standards, and product offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles.
• Experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce preferred.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical compounding, GMP, FDA regulations, and GDP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to work independently on-site in Englewood, CO.
