South Charlotte company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist. Duties will include:
Strong order entry in ERP system
Highly proficient with computers and comfortable managing high volume emails
Strong Microsoft Outlook knowledge
Possess shipping and logistics experience, including familiarity with parcel and freight shipments
Experience in a manufacturing, industrial and distribution preferred
Inventory allocation experience during order entry preferred
Coordinate with production, purchasing, shipping and customer service teams
Resolve order discrepancies and assist with customer inquiries
Assist with freight-related documentation and shipment tracking
