LHH is partnering with a client in Greensboro searching for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team due to growth! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5, direct hire with a full benefits package paying $55-65k. Prior sales support, Salesforce, and quoting experience required to be eligible for this role!
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Director of Sales
Review potential new client opportunities and provide requested information surrounding product specifications, pricing, lead times, etc.
Act as liaison between internal Sales Reps. and client to generate quotes
Follow up on submitted if additional information is needed to solidify new business
Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, trainings, and lunch events and prepare all materials needed for corresponding events
Qualifications:
Prior sales support, quoting, and Salesforce experience required to be eligible for this role
Must have strong organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
