Sales Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify potential leads
• Engage with potential leads and existing customers via phone and email
• Assist with quotes and proposals
• Assist customers in understanding product features and benefits
• Handle basic shipping and receiving tasks
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

• Motivated and a willingness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable in dealing with customers over the phone
• Basic technical aptitude and a willingness to acquire technical knowledge
• Communication skills, both written and oral
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (basic proficiency test required)
