Cranberry Township, PA –Part-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; 20-25 hours/week, Flexible schedule

 

Starting Pay: $18.47/hour - $25.39/hour; Depending on experience

The Sales Support Assistant performs clerical and administrative duties as needed for the proper function of the Sales and Marketing Department. The role provides a first point of contact for all inquiries and leads.Support Assistants must deliver excellent customer service for prospective residents and their families while working specifically with the contract, closing, and move-in processes to ensure an excellent and timely experience.

 Requirements for theSales Support Assistant:

 

  • College-level degree is preferred or 3 years of related experience.
  • Must effectively communicate across a varied spectrum of stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Working knowledge of internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
