We are a global industry leader in the design, manufacture, and marketing of branded, licensed, and private label swimwear. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Support and Order Integrity specialist to join our team in Nazareth, PA.

Job Summary

The Sales Support and Order Integrity Specialist role is responsible for providing sales related support to sales staff and completing administrative tasks related to operational activities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Divisional Ownership/Communication
    1. Point person for all things order entry, allocation, RA’s, warehouse questions for assigned division/s
    2. Ability to communicate comfortably with all levels of the company and convey complex issues and resolutions
    3. Ability and comfort with communication regularly with retailers regarding delivery issues and concerns
    4. Cross functional team support and collaboration which includes, but is not limited to product management, sales, distribution, credit, and allocation
  2. Sales Support: support both internal and external sales to assist them in doing their jobs more effectively
  3. Order Entry:
    1. Overall order adjustments: cancel dates, priority codes, priority dates, cancellations and more
    2. Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information if required.
    3. Familiarity with EDI processing calling out all shortages at the style/color/size level
    4. Maintaining retail prices
  4. Unit Planning Meetings: Be the go-to person for all issues both globally for the brand and at the micro level. Partner with PM’s and sales teams regarding cancellations, returns, other issues, etc.
  5. Reporting:
    1. Allocation
      1. Communicate with reps and/or retailers about potential concerns and issues with orders. If no feedback within 24-48 hours, make decisions that will help clean up and maximize sales for the retailer and the company
      2. Weekly or bi- weekly allocation meetings with division
      3. Owning allocation to make sure we maximize shipping % - division specific
    2. Order Status
      1. Check allocation daily to ensure confirmed orders ship complete and on time, alerting sales with any issues.
      2. Communicate details with sales regarding any order changes or cancelations.
      3. Returns & Cancels
    3. Any other applicable report that may help in performing the job function
    4. Request creation of new reports that will help improve efficiencies and timeliness of job functions for customer & sales support role as well as the sales teams

Qualifications/Requirements (

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Experience:

  • Polished professional presence and demeanor
  • Experience with Blue Cherry and Threadvine a plus
  • Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Skills:

  • Excellent administrative, clerical, record-keeping and computing skills are essential
  • Employees must demonstrate time management with consistent accuracy and attention to detail so that they enter customers' and sales peoples’ requests accurately and issue clear instructions to other departments
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills to deal with customers and collaborate with other departments in the company, such as sales, marketing, production, accounts, credit, accounts receivable and distribution
  • Requires excellent customer service skills to enable them to deal politely and effectively with customers’ inquiries or complaints.
  • Ability to make decisions and work with little supervision
  • A strong knowledge of excel is critical to this role.
  • Must be capable of multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask along with strong problem-solving skills a must.
  • A working knowledge and comfort level with an ERP system are preferred to perform at the highest level possible.
  • Comfort level with large influx of emails.
  • Knowledge of B2B
