What You'll Do
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and community involvement.
- Build trusted relationships and recommend tailored insurance solutions for customers.
- Conduct sales appointments and insurance reviews.
- Cross-sell products to provide comprehensive protection.
- Represent the agency at community and networking events.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support agency growth.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, positive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Desire to learn, grow, and make a difference.
Licensing
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but not required. We'll support qualified candidates in obtaining the necessary licensing.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $35,000-$60,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
- Commission and bonus opportunities that can push the salary past $100,000
