Sales Specialist – Manufactured Homes & Land/Home Sales (Remote/Hybrid)
Location: Central Florida (Remote/Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Saturday flexible as needed)
Compensation: $35,000 Base Pay with Commission + Performance Bonuses Potential for $120,000 annually.

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to help grow our manufactured home sales operation.
This is not a traditional dealership lot position. Most leads are generated online through internet marketing, referrals, investor relationships, and digital lead sources.
The ideal candidate is confident speaking with buyers, investors, and landowners while guiding them through the manufactured home buying process from lead to close.
Experience in manufactured home sales is highly preferred.
A Florida real estate license is a major plus.
Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads and sales inquiries
Follow up consistently with buyers and investors
Guide customers through the manufactured home buying process
Help buyers select floor plans, layouts, and options
Educate buyers on land/home packages and placement requirements
Track leads and communication within company systems
Coordinate with lenders, project managers, and operations staff
Maintain strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline
Assist with marketing efforts, referrals, and networking opportunities
Help improve lead conversion and customer experience
Qualifications
Sales experience required
Manufactured home sales experience preferred
Experience with land/home deals strongly preferred
Florida real estate license is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, Asana, and Google Workspace
Self-motivated and driven to hit sales goals
