What You'll Do
Help customers find products that fit their needs and budget
Build strong relationships in-store, over the phone, and through follow-ups
Drive sales by generating leads and closing deals
Manage customer accounts, agreements, and payments
Maintain showroom appearance and organization
Support deliveries and store operations as needed
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and people skills
Organized, motivated, and goal-driven
Comfortable using computers and systems
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)
Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week), 5-day workweek
Store Hours - Monday–Friday: 10am–7pm, Saturday: 10am–6pm (required), Sunday: Closed
Schedules may vary based on business needs
