Sales Specialist

Banter Floors & More is hiring a motivated Sales Associate to work with customers in our showroom and drive flooring sales. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on building relationships, creating estimates, and closing deals.

This is not a sit-back-and-wait position.  We are looking for someone who is confident, competitive, and knows how to sell.

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom
• Help customers select flooring (carpet, hardwood, LVP, tile, etc.)
• Build estimates and quotes based on customer needs
• Follow up on leads and open quotes to close sales
• Coordinate with installers and internal team to ensure smooth job flow
• Maintain showroom appearance and product displays
• Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries
• Manage multiple customers and projects at once
