    Description

    Position SummaryISEC is seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development professional with proven experience in the Life Sciences sector to join our Science and Technology division! This is a remote role, sitting in the greater Los Angeles, CA area with regular travel within the assigned territory and to client sites as required. The ideal candidate brings a consultative sales approach, technical expertise, and a strong track record of building lasting client relationships.In this role, you are responsible for driving sales growth across ISEC's offerings-including laboratory furniture, airflow products, scientific equipment, specialty flooring, and installation services. You will identify new opportunities, engage key stakeholders, and support projects in a variety of markets, including higher education, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, commercial/industrial, and government sectors.

    Minimum Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 3 years of sales experience in relevant market sectors such as biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or institutional environmentsProven ability to meet or exceed sales goals year over yearProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Bluebeam, and CRM platformsAbility to work independently and within cross-functional teamsStrong organizational skills, sound judgment, and attention to detailExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsSolid understanding of customer service principles and business fundamentals

    Preferred Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree5+ years of consultative sales experience in relevant markets
