Sales & Service Enablement Analyst

Our client, a Global Power Technology Leader company, is looking for a Sales & Service Enablement Analyst for their Remote location.

Responsibilities:

• Support successful product commercialization by creating sales and service enablement materials, coordinating release readiness, and improving adoption across customer-facing teams
• Sales & Service Enablement
• Develop sales presentations, feature guides, one-pagers, FAQs, training and customer documentation.
• Maintain version-controlled enablement content.
• Product Release Readiness
• Coordinate launch readiness across Product, Engineering, Marketing and Service.
• Develop release communication plans.
• Training & Knowledge Management
• Create training for sales and service teams.
• Maintain centralized knowledge repositories.
• Communication & Change Management
• Translate technical updates into customer-friendly messaging.
• Support product adoption initiatives.
• Adoption & Metrics
• Track training completion and adoption metrics.
• Support post-launch reviews
