    Casey Auto Group is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team!

    In this role, you will relieve sales and finance managers of clerical work, handling administrative and business details while ensuring strict accuracy in deal processing, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deal Processing & Accounting Support: Prepare deal packages for funding and accounting (strip deals), pull and file deal folders, RDR new vehicle sales, and submit check requests.
    • Daily Financial Administration: Batch daily deposits from sales and service for courier pickup, balance and maintain the McMillian book daily against the DOC, and reconcile DOC sheets to F&I daily sheets, reporting any discrepancies.
    • Compliance Management: Ensure all required compliance paperwork—such as customer-signed Privacy Notices, credit denial letters, and Risk-Based Pricing notices—are accurately filed in active and "dead deal" folders.
    • Training & Data Security: Monitor and assign online compliance training for sales, F&I, management, and PBX operators. Oversee physical office and public area security to safeguard private customer financial records.
    • General Office Support: Assist sales team with administrative tasks and reports. Coordinate appointments, manage calendars, and assist in scheduling meetings for the sales department. Collaborate with multiple departments to facilitate smooth operations within the dealership.

    Qualifications:

    • Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1 to 3 months of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a sales or automotive environment.
    • Skills: Strong organization skills and attention to detail, excellent record-keeping capabilities, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive customer and financial information. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
