Position Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who can identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through outreach, networking, and lead follow-up
- Conduct product presentations and clearly communicate value propositions to clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, and management) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Track sales activity, leads, and performance metrics in CRM systems
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge
- Provide feedback to leadership on customer needs and market opportunities
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales experience (inside sales, account management, or B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build rapport and close sales
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, goal-driven environment
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (or similar)
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience in industrial, distribution, or product-based sales
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
