Sales Representative
Responsible for driving sales and business growth for Software Development solutions and Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) services. The role involves selling custom software solutions, digital transformation services, inspection software platforms, asset integrity systems, and RBI engineering services to industrial clients including oil & gas, petrochemical, power, manufacturing, and energy sectors.

Who you are
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the software development or technology sector.
Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Understanding of software development processes, technologies, and trends.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to technical/non-technical audiences.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Have own car and a valid driving license.
Responsible for other related jobs as assigned by DIS Department Manager or higher.
Follow the policy, quality, and safety management system.

What you do
Consistently drive sales and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Research, analyze, Identify and pursue market trends and new business opportunities in the software development for inspection industry.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the customer base and market share.
Collaborate with stakeholders (internal teams, clients, and external partners) to gather information and understand business requirements and translate them into software solutions.
Support in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations for potential clients.
Promote custom software development services including Software development services and RBI services.
Understand client business requirements and coordinate with software development teams to propose suitable solutions.
Conduct software demonstrations and technical presentations.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for software and RBI projects.
Prepare quotations, tender documents, and service agreements.
Negotiate pricing, project scope, delivery timelines, and contract terms.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain healthy sales pipeline and forecast reporting.
