We're looking for a Sales Representative who's energized by customer interaction, comfortable picking up the phone, and motivated to help clients find the right solutions while driving business forward.
What You'll Do
Be a trusted point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and product support
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Make cold calls to identify and engage potential new customers
Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accuracy from start to finish
Identify customer needs and recommend effective packaging solutions
Partner with operations, logistics, and outside sales teams to ensure smooth fulfillment
Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
Support account growth through repeat business and opportunity spotting
Deliver responsive, reliable, high-quality customer service every step of the way
What You Bring
1–3 years of sales, customer service, or account support experience (B2B preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence and willingness to make outbound cold calls
Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfort working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-focused mindset
Professional approach with a strong customer-first attitude
Preferred experience:
Industrial, manufacturing, packaging, or distribution environments
Inside sales or account-based sales roles
ERP/CRM systems experience
