About the Role:
Most people know they need to save money and protect their household, but they lack the confidence, habits, and accountability to get started.
We are looking for people-oriented coaches who love listening, encouraging others, and helping clients build better habits. Instead of pushing numbers and closing deals, you serve as a supportive guide who walks alongside families, helps them set realistic targets, and keeps them on track to reach financial security.
Is This Role Right for You?
- Are people naturally drawn to you when they need honest advice or encouragement?
- Do you get more satisfaction from helping someone hit a personal goal than from traditional corporate work?
- Are you tired of income caps that do not reflect your true value and work ethic?
- Can you set aside 10 to 15 focused hours each week to coach clients from home?
Comprehensive Training & Support:
We believe in building confident coaches through direct, practical support:
- Co-Coaching Program: You work directly with a senior mentor who helps you guide your first families step-by-step.
- Ongoing Skill Workshops: Join weekly live sessions covering active listening, goal setting, and habit building.
- Licensing Guidance: We give you a straightforward study plan and prep resources to complete your state licensing exam in a few short weeks.
How You Spend Your Time:
- Client Coaching: Meet with families online to review their budgets, uncover their biggest money worries, and celebrate their progress.
- Team Strategy: Review client scenarios with senior mentors to choose the best guidance for each family.
- Relationship Management: Check in with clients between sessions, send progress updates, and organize your calendar.
Qualifications
- Strong empathy, patience, and active-listening skills.
- Background in coaching, counseling, customer service, or hospitality is a great fit.
- Must pass a standard background check and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Active state license (or willingness to obtain one with our training support).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
