Key Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW-level customer service with enthusiasm and care
• Assist customers with payments both in-person and over the phone
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently
• Meet with potential clients to assess and educate on insurance products
• Multitask effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Manage and generate leads to build lasting client relationships

Requirements

• High school diploma required; A.A. degree a plus
• Authorized to work in the US
• Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) candidates highly encouraged to apply
• Reliable transportation required
• Availability Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM
