We’re open to both licensed insurance professionals and motivated entry-level candidates. If you’re not currently licensed, that’s okay—you’ll need to obtain your required insurance license, and we’ll support you through the process.


Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, although bilingual skills are not required.


What You'll Do

• Connect with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Prepare quotes and explain coverage options, discounts, and products.
• Follow up with leads, referrals, and prospective customers.
• Generate new business and work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and coverage.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and agency records.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to develop your insurance and sales skills.

What We're Looking For
