A rapidly growing pressure washing company is looking for an
energetic, personable sales representative to join their team! This is a temp-to-hire position perfect for someone who thrives on face-to-face interaction and isn't afraid of a little
door-knocking. No pressure washing experience necessary - this role is 100% sales, connecting with homeowners in their neighborhoods to offer our services. We're looking for someone outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Working Saturdays are optional!
Responsibilities:- Go door-to-door in assigned residential neighborhoods to introduce and sell pressure washing services
- Build rapport with potential customers and explain service offerings and pricing
- Generate and close sales leads, with commission earned on completed and paid jobs
- Maintain a friendly, professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company
- Track hours and mileage accurately using the mobile timesheet system
Requirements:- Clean driving record
- Sales experience preferred
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid personal auto insurance required
- Must be comfortable with regular travel to the Fairfield Glade area and surrounding service areas
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Must comply with company dress code (company-provided t-shirt, khaki or jeans)
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check
