We offer a weekly draw against commissions.

Salary Range: $60000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors as they walk onto our lot and create a welcoming, low-pressure environment.
• Listen closely to what our neighbors actually need in a vehicle so you can offer the right options.
• Showcase our latest Ford models by demonstrating technology, safety features, and performance.
• Coordinate and accompany customers on test drives to ensure they feel confident behind the wheel.
• Guide guests through the buying process, keeping them informed and comfortable from the initial hello to the final handshake.
• Maintain a tidy, organized display of our inventory so customers can easily find what they are looking for.
• Complete all Ford required training and other dealership training.

• Valid Ohio Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Strong comfort level with face-to-face communication and building rapport.
• Basic computer literacy for processing paperwork, inventory lookups and working leads.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is helpful.
• Ability to walk the lot and demonstrate vehicle features in all weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
