Fitch Construction is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our “WOW” Team Fitch. If your designs will create a “WOW” customer experience then you want to apply.
Fitch has been in business providing “WOW” Home Improvements to Rochester homes for past 34 years. The ideal candidate must have strong listening, follow-up, and Sales skills. You must be proficient in working with computer software and be detail-oriented, focused, and a team player. Most importantly, you must have strong ethics and high integrity and be committed to always putting the customer first. Work will include:
· Designing residential kitchens & bathrooms in computer aided 20/20 design program.
· Meeting with retail clients, contractors, designers & architects.
· Product material selections including cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and tile.
· Provide detailed estimates, proposals and sales contracts
· On-site project meetings, measuring and layouts.
· Working with project managers and contractors to ensure successful installations.
· Maintain relationship with clients through the duration of a kitchen & bathroom project.
· Desired Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will be well versed in all aspects of the kitchen & bath industry.
· Detail-oriented, highly organized, with strong multi-tasking skills.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Logistical and problem-solving skills.
· Highly self-motivated, organized, and dependable.
· Residential kitchen design and sales experience
· 20/20 design software experience
· Outstanding customer service and attention to detail
· Driver's License (Required)
· Ability to travel in Monroe and surrounding counties
· Kitchen Design: 1 year (Preferred)
