Pay Rate: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:30 AM - 5 PM

Requirements

• Previous sales experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to travel locally to customer locations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction, building materials, home improvement, commercial services, or related industries is a plus
• Experience with outside sales, estimating, or account management preferred

Job Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with residential, commercial, and contractor customers
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and customer outreach
• Meet with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate door, hardware, and service solutions
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and sales presentations for customers
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer information
• Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Achieve sales goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Stay knowledgeable on company products, services, and industry trends

What You Will Do

As a Sales Representative you will assist customers, respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, maintain customer records, follow up on sales opportunities, resolve service issues, coordinate with internal departments, and provide timely communication that supports customer satisfaction and business growth while maintaining accurate documentation.
