Salary Range: $55000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
• Explain complex insurance policies and coverage details in a clear, understandable manner.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and selling Allstate products.
• Process applications and manage client accounts accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the agency team to contribute to overall business growth.

• Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License or willingness to obtain
• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to client engagement.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
