All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training includes licensing.Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.Opportunities for rewards and recognition.Must be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.All computer equipment is provided. Remote work requires a professional workspace with wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.Qualifications2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.Property and Casualty Insurance License.
