Most team members begin learning appointment setting and can grow into high-ticket closing opportunities based on performance and experience.

Compensation

• Commission-Based (1099)
• Appointment Setters:
• Typical earnings: $80K–$100K+
• Sales Closers:
• Earn $1,000–$20,000+ per deal
• Typical earnings: $120K–$240K+ annually

Your income is performance-based and uncapped.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and follow up with leads
• Set qualified appointments
• Run qualified appointments (closers)
• Present home improvement solutions:
• Windows, roofing, solar, and other home improvement products
• Build relationships with homeowners
• Learn and improve sales skills daily
• Work with company-provided systems and support

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred but NOT required
• HIS License preferred for closer opportunities Or willingness to obtain one
• Customer service or communication experience is a plus

• Comfortable with commission-based income
