Position Summary: We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an integral part of the agency, you will be key in promoting and selling insurance policies to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cross-selling, networking, and referrals.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of insurance products, covering options, premiums, and deductibles.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and maximize retention.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- College degree preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Community involvement
- A valid insurance license (Property & Casualty and Life License) or willingness to obtain one. Costs to obtain a license will be reimbursed.
