    We are a growing beverage manufacturing company seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to support the operation within a beverage manufacturing industry. If you are a motivated and experienced with developing customer relationships, who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you!
    What You'll Do:
           Customer Acquisition & Growth
    Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
    Grow existing accounts through expanded SKUs, formats, or volumes
    Maintain pipeline visibility (volume, revenue, timing)
                     Commercial Alignment (What We Sell)
                                 Product offering (SKU, packaging, formulation type)
    Volume expectations
    Commercial terms (pricing, MOQs, lead times)
    Ensure opportunities align with plant technical capabilities
           Customer Relationship Ownership
                                 Serve as executive-level customer owner
    Build long-term strategic relationships
    Manage escalations at commercial level
                     Opportunity Feasibility Alignment
                                 Engage Planning, Quality, and Operations for:
    i. Feasibility reviews
    ii. Capacity validation
    Avoid over-promising or misaligned commitments
                     Customer Onboarding Leadership
                                 Lead transition from “sale” to “execution”
    Ensure successful handoff to CSR:
    i. Product requirements
    ii. Timing expectations
    iii. Risk awareness
     
    Additional Responsibilities:

    Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
     
    Experience:
    • 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
     
    Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Basic math skills and the ability to read
    • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory control is a plus.
    • Experience with Microsoft Software (e.g. Excel, Outlook and Teams) is preferred
    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
