What You'll Be Doing

Connecting with local business owners and decision-makers to introduce them to golf course advertising and marketing solutions that help their businesses grow.

• Make outbound calls to local businesses
• Present and sell advertising solutions with confidence
• Build genuine relationships with owners and decision-makers
• Own the sales process from first call to close
• Hit daily and monthly goals alongside a supportive team
• Get ongoing coaching and training to keep leveling up

What's In It for You

Base Pay: $15/hr – $40/hr (performance-based)
Commission: 10–20%
Monthly Bonuses: $1,000 – $2,500
Daily Cash Incentives: Yes, real cash, same day
Pay Schedule: Weekly

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week guaranteed, no weekends. Ever.

Prior experience in Sales, Customer Service, Retail, Call Centers, Hospitality, or Appointment Setting is a plus, but not required. Our paid training program will get you fully up to speed.
