We are looking for a driven and client-focused Sales Representative to join our remote sales team. In this role, you’ll guide individuals and families through their insurance options, helping them make confident decisions that align with their needs and goals.
This position is 100% commission-based, ideal for someone who thrives on performance, values flexibility, and wants full control over their income.
Contact and consult with prospective clients regarding insurance coverage
Present customized solutions that meet client needs and budgets
Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
Follow up with leads and referrals in a timely, professional manner
Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
Build trust and long-term relationships through excellent service
Meet or exceed sales performance goals
