We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in agricultural chemicals or equipment sales and enjoy building strong customer relationships while providing exceptional support in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Travel approximately two weeks per month to customer locations
- Be onsite during equipment installations and startups to ensure everything is operating properly
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best products and solutions
- Meet sales goals while delivering outstanding service
Qualifications:
- Required: Previous sales experience in agricultural chemicals or agricultural equipment
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel
- Valid driver's license
Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Off at 4:00 PM on Fridays)
