Red Branch Outdoor Living is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Consultant to help homeowners turn their outdoor living ideas into reality.
This isn't about selling a standard product. You'll meet with homeowners, learn what they want to accomplish with their outdoor space, help them understand their options, and guide them toward the right solution for their home and budget.
We design and build custom decks, covered patios, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, pergolas, and other outdoor living spaces. We're looking for someone who can build trust, communicate value, confidently ask for the sale, and consistently follow through from the first conversation to a signed contract.
The right person is competitive, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable being accountable for their results. You enjoy meeting new people, asking great questions, overcoming objections, and turning opportunities into customers.

Compensation:$112,000 at plan
Responsibilities:- Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory
- Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services
- Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM
- Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met
- Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
- Meet with prospective homeowners to understand their needs, goals, budget, and vision for their outdoor space
- Build relationships and establish trust with prospective clients
- Educate homeowners on our services, process, and the value of working with Red Branch
- Develop and present compelling project proposals
- Consistently follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Confidently address questions and objections and ask for the sale
- Manage opportunities from initial consultation through signed contract
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity within our CRM
- Work closely with our design, estimating, and production teams to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale
- Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals
- Continuously improve your product knowledge and sales skills
- You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- CRM experience preferred
- We prefer if you have a bachelor’s degree or high school school diploma
- Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
- Confidence presenting and selling higher-value products or services
- Ability to understand customer needs and communicate value rather than competing on price alone
- Strong follow-up and pipeline-management habits
- Self-motivated and comfortable being held accountable for results
- Organized and able to manage multiple prospects and projects at different stages
- Comfortable using CRM and other sales technology
- Professional appearance and communication
- Valid clean, driver's license and reliable transportation. Must have clean MVR & be approved to drive under company insurance
