What You'll Do
\n

- Meet with pre-qualified clients to assess their needs and present final expense solutions
- \n
- Own your pipeline — appointments, follow-through, and production goals
- \n
- Build trust with clients and their families through honest, consultative conversations
- \n
- Leverage our CRM to write and track business, keeping your book of business accurate and up to date
- \n
- Attend daily conference calls hosted by a Partner to stay aligned on strategy and best practices
- \n
- Participate in weekly one-on-one conversations with a Partner to review performance and plan next steps
- \n
- Shadow Sales Managers during ride-alongs and field coaching sessions
- \n
- Track your own numbers and hold yourself to the standard you'll one day lead others to
- \n
- Build the habits and production record that fast-track your advancement
- \n
- Stay current on emerging technology and tools relevant to the insurance industry
- \n
- Navigate carrier and partner websites to manage policies and support client needs efficiently
- \n
- Represent DLS's values and professionalism in every interaction

- Commission-based income with no cap on what you can earn
